Provides on-site technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, VPN, wireless, and system-access issues. Installs and updates equipment, manages help desk tickets, maintains IT inventory and lifecycle records, conducts audits, coordinates hardware repairs and warranties, documents support procedures, and provides user training. The role also supports asset availability, communicates issue status, and collaborates with internal and external IT teams.
