The Inside Sales Representative will generate leads, deliver sales presentations, maintain a sales pipeline, and achieve quotas while communicating product benefits and managing customer relationships.

Lead customer implementations from pre-sales through go-live, manage project plans and milestones, drive onboarding and adoption during the first 90 days, consult on processes and change management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and improve onboarding methodologies and launch programs to scale successful customer outcomes.

Own and scale the email channel end-to-end: build strategy, execute campaigns and experiments in HubSpot, optimize lifecycle and segmentation, measure revenue impact, and report ROI to leadership.
