The AVP of Trading manages ETF portfolios, executes trades across various asset classes, and enhances trading processes while ensuring compliance and performance. This role requires strong analytical, communication skills, and a background in trading equities, options, and fixed income.

Manage and execute day-to-day ETF portfolio operations including trade execution, reconciliations, compliance reporting, client liaison, and portfolio oversight. Support rebalances, ETF baskets, prepare quarterly reports, and identify process improvements while adhering to firm policies and risk frameworks.

Manage and execute leveraged ETF portfolios, trading equities, options and fixed income; handle trade allocation, settlement and reconciliation; work with prime brokers/market makers; use Bloomberg and Excel; improve trading processes and partner with operations to ensure fund objectives and regulatory adherence.

Lead day-to-day implementation and trading of ETF portfolios across strategies and asset classes. Execute and oversee trades in equities, options, and fixed income using Bloomberg AIM/OMS, ensure best execution, reconcile positions and settlements, monitor performance versus benchmarks, improve trading workflows, and mentor a team of AVPs, Associates, and Analysts while coordinating with brokers, market makers, custodians, and operations.
