Measures audience growth, engagement, website activity, fund flows, and assets under management. Partners with leadership, sales, product, portfolio management, legal, and compliance to ensure effective execution and adherence to SEC and FINRA marketing requirements.

Manage regulatory reporting and fund administration for more than 300 ETFs. Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from advisers, accountants, custodians, and vendors for SEC filings including N-PORT and N-CEN. Support fund launches, audits, regulatory exams, vendor coordination, process improvements, and internal controls while guiding junior administrators and collaborating across Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services.

Manage and execute day-to-day ETF portfolio operations including trade execution, reconciliations, compliance reporting, client liaison, and portfolio oversight. Lead content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, video, email, and web. Translate complex financial and regulatory topics into engaging thought leadership and client-facing content. Manage editorial calendar, partner with compliance/legal, track performance metrics, and iterate based on business impact.
