Prepare advanced journal entries, manage job costing, inventory, class/location reporting, troubleshoot integrations, build SOPs and workflows, mentor and review junior staff, and lead client relationships and escalations.

Perform catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping for new clients: redesign charts of accounts, reclassify transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare year-end workpapers, troubleshoot QuickBooks Online and apps, and communicate with clients to transition them into ongoing services.
