Lead engineering teams to finalize and polish dynamic gameplay and narrative systems, own major subsystems, create technical roadmaps, manage console port/performance work with vendors, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-discipline collaboration to ship high-quality, cross-platform game features.

Lead design, prototype, and balance core gameplay systems (player mechanics, world simulation, AI). Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to implement features from design through polish, author design documentation, iterate based on QA and playtesting, and maintain systemic game balance.
