Analyzes last-mile delivery performance, KPIs, costs, and workflows; supports route planning, resource allocation, process optimization, benchmarking, and logistics project execution. Collaborates with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency, service quality, and continuity during peak demand.

Supervise warehouse pickup operations, coordinate delivery service providers and shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety and company policies, train and evaluate staff, prepare performance reports, lead team meetings, and resolve operational challenges. Requires bilingual Mandarin communication, warehouse supervision experience, leadership ability, and strong organizational skills.

Own and grow relationships with major Chinese cross-border e-commerce platforms, serving as the Mandarin- and English-speaking liaison. Supervise cost control and quality improvement for last-mile delivery and warehouse operations. Analyze operational expenses, identify savings opportunities, monitor delivery and customer satisfaction KPIs, audit delivery and warehouse partners, lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, manage vendor scorecards, prepare reports, and supervise a small tracking and quality-monitoring team.

Support sales, commercial strategy, and regional hubs through sales data analytics, forecasting, competitive benchmarking, pricing/deal structuring, CRM governance, and cross-functional KPI alignment to enable scalable last‑mile operations.

Responsible for managing first-mile pickup operations and logistics workflows across the country through TMS/WMS, data analytics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Develop and manage strategic relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics partners to drive customer acquisition and channel growth. Identify and onboard new partners, support negotiations and commercial discussions, coordinate implementation with Operations and Customer Success, generate opportunities through integrations, and monitor market trends. Track partnership count, acquisition, package volume, and revenue from platform channels.

Drive local customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling logistics and e-commerce solutions to warehouses, 3PLs, marketplace sellers and retailers. Build and maintain relationships, deliver sales presentations and negotiations, collaborate with operations to ensure satisfaction, and meet monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, package volume and retention.

One-year rotational Operations Leadership Program exposing trainees to warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, network planning, and operational support. Trainees complete cross-functional rotations, lead process-improvement projects, receive mentorship and leadership training, and transition into leadership-track positions upon successful completion.

The role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, analyze workforce productivity, optimize scheduling, and implement Lean/Six Sigma projects within warehouse operations.
