Own and operate OnRamp's AWS platform, IaC, CI/CD, and deployment tooling; build AI/agent execution infrastructure and observability; drive reliability, incident response, security/compliance, and automation using coding agents and LLM tools.

Lead product for OnRamp's customer portal and AI-powered engagement layer. Define roadmap, design agent-driven interactions, partner cross-functionally, and drive customer outcomes (adoption, retention, expansion) through execution and continuous voice-of-customer insights.

Own and operate OnRamp's AWS platform and deployment systems, build CI/CD and agent infrastructure, apply LLMs and coding agents to automate DevOps, ensure observability, reliability, security and compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA), and create developer-facing automation to increase team velocity.
