Leads continuous improvement and 6S initiatives, reduces defects and rework through root-cause analysis and error prevention, and collaborates with Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, and Facilities. Cross-trains across production areas and supports both daily execution and longer-term improvements.
