The role also supports customer service, switchboard, drive-thru operations, regulatory reporting, and investment verification activities.

Provide clerical support for bankruptcy processing: file Proofs of Claim, post and reconcile bankruptcy payments, maintain records, upload court filings, manage court logins, and support customer inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
