Supports the full private equity investment process, including deal screening, financial modeling, business diligence, market research, transaction execution, portfolio company monitoring, add-on acquisitions, quarterly reporting, investor communications, and investment thesis development. The Associate also manages diligence vendors and lenders, contributes to investment committee materials, and supports value creation initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
