Build Python/FastAPI tooling, distributed event-driven backends, validation/evaluation pipelines, and compliance/auditability features. Influence system architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure reliable, explainable AI outputs in production.

Lead frontend development across React applications, driving architecture, delivering responsive accessible UIs, promoting test-driven development, optimizing build and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with design and backend teams, and mentoring engineers to maintain high-quality, scalable frontend systems.

Architect and ship production AI systems and agent workflows with strong focus on explainability, auditability, and compliance for financial services. Build Python/FastAPI tooling, distributed event-driven backends, evaluation and monitoring pipelines, and occasional React/TypeScript UIs. Drive schema, API, and system architecture decisions and establish validation and quality-assurance patterns for AI outputs.
