Develop and execute integrated growth marketing programs spanning product marketing, go-to-market, organic growth, content, PR, events, partnerships, and brand. Drive merchant acquisition, product adoption, organic visibility, brand awareness, pipeline, and marketing-attributed GMV. Translate product capabilities into positioning and launch materials, optimize campaign performance, coordinate cross-functional execution across U.S. and China teams, and represent Tapstitch at select events.

Hands-on Graphic Design Lead to execute and elevate Tapstitchs visual identity across digital and physical channels. Produce social, campaign, event, web, email, apparel, and production-ready assets; build templates and systems; collaborate with content and brand leadership; iterate on creative using feedback and performance data; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup. Initial three-month contract with potential for full-time conversion.
