Source, engage, and close engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership candidates; partner with founders and hiring managers; establish ATS workflows, candidate experience, pipeline reporting, and repeatable hiring processes.

Drive high-volume outbound ERP lead generation and qualification, develop and iterate GTM/outbound playbooks, keep AEs' calendars full with qualified meetings, improve reply and conversion rates, surface product and market insights to marketing and product teams, and run data-driven outreach experiments to increase sales velocity.

Own customer integration projects end-to-end: discover, design, build, deploy and verify. Build idempotent, resumable, auditable migration and integration pipelines (Temporal/Celery), model and load accounting data into Postgres and reconcile with legacy systems, create internal tooling to eliminate recurring one-offs, surface patterns back to product, and accelerate customer requests to shipped solutions.

Own the full growth funnel from first visit to qualified sales conversation. Improve acquisition via website and trial, build self-serve flows, define buying signals, run experiments, own funnel analytics and attribution, and collaborate with Sales on deal feedback.

Serve as a pre-sales Accounting Solutions Consultant: diagnose prospect accounting and ERP pain points, run tailored demos and POCs, own technical integration and migration objections, and translate customer accounting workflows into product requirements while partnering with Product and Engineering.
