Lead AI enablement and change management across the firm’s East Coast offices. Design and deliver attorney-focused training, AI academies, workshops, adoption campaigns, and communications for legal technology tools. Build stakeholder relationships, support responsible AI adoption, analyze usage data, report regional progress, address implementation barriers, and collaborate with legal technology, training, professional development, and practice group teams. The role requires autonomous regional leadership, one-to-one and group facilitation, and travel to regional and potentially international offices.

Supports corporate business development strategy through market and competitive research, client pitches, RFP responses, business development materials, practice plans, thought leadership, legal guide submissions, and award opportunities. Collaborates across business development, events, CRM, web, creative, digital content, and legal teams to coordinate client-focused initiatives. Maintains attorney and practice collateral, analyzes deal data, monitors market trends, and provides insights to partners and stakeholders.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains secure AI-integrated enterprise applications using C#/.NET, Python, Azure, LLM APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. Responsibilities include building APIs and interfaces, integrating and monitoring AI capabilities, managing cloud infrastructure and databases, implementing authentication and governance controls, evaluating prototypes, documenting systems, and supporting production handoffs. The role collaborates with managers, technical teams, attorneys, and legal professionals to deliver scalable AI tools in a regulated enterprise environment.

Provide high-level administrative and technical support to attorneys: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle high-volume phone and client interactions, prepare and proofread legal documents, enter time via 3E, perform internet research, and maintain paper and electronic files.

Provide firm-wide research and competitive intelligence to support practice areas and business development. Handle high-volume routine and complex research requests, create alerts, package and present findings, assist with new research tools implementation, and contribute to attorney training and orientation programs.

Design, architect, and lead implementation of enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud (Azure/AWS) solutions. Define standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps; lead projects, provide escalated support, documentation, training, and vendor coordination for hybrid, on‑prem, and cloud environments.

Provide administrative support to attorneys, manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle client interactions, proofread documents, and maintain files.

Support attorneys on global M&A and antitrust litigation by maintaining client records and databases, preparing and proofing HSR and global merger-control filings, coordinating with U.S. and international teams, auditing data, reviewing matter emails, documenting meetings, and assisting with regulatory requests and litigation support.
