Designs and owns cloud-native architecture for Wellbase, a healthcare managed-services platform. Leads agentic AI and MCP integrations, policy and governance services, data-store architecture, security controls, and reliable demo and staging environments. Remains hands-on through implementation, mentors a small team, reviews designs and code, applies cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability practices, and communicates architecture decisions to executives. Requires strong enterprise software development experience, AI solution experience, and familiarity with regulated data.

Supports sales growth by leading technical discovery, product demonstrations, solution architecture, effort estimates, pricing models, presentations, and RFx responses. The role focuses on healthcare interoperability, HIE, SDoH, EMR integrations, HL7, FHIR, and IHE standards. It also develops client relationships, analyzes competitors, supports public and commercial sector sales, and collaborates with proposal and business development teams.
