The SEC Reporting Manager leads preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC reports. The role coordinates with legal teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders; maintains SOX documentation and financial reporting controls; researches U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements; and prepares technical accounting memos and disclosures. Additional responsibilities include supporting M&A due diligence, system implementations, consolidations, and equity, debt, lease, and stock-based compensation accounting.

Leads multiple complex engineering projects across reactor and fuel-line pilot facilities. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, supplier and EPC contractor management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting. The role supports IMSR nuclear technology development and requires substantial project management experience in nuclear or similarly regulated environments.

Develops and integrates systems engineering activities for IMSR nuclear reactor technology. Responsibilities include requirements management, decomposition and traceability, system architecture, interface coordination, configuration management, verification and validation planning, technical documentation, and cross-functional engineering coordination. The role supports regulated nuclear technology development and requires collaboration with design, safety, licensing, and project management teams.

Supports project controls across advanced nuclear technology programs by coordinating schedules, forecasts, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communications, procurement tracking, risk mitigation, quality checks, and project meetings. Maintains project data, dashboards, change logs, action items, and document control records while helping teams identify bottlenecks and improve processes. The role coordinates with engineering, safety, quality, licensing, suppliers, subcontractors, and national laboratory partners, with occasional travel to project sites.

Leads procurement operations for nuclear projects, including purchase orders, supplier selection, contract execution, negotiations, supplier performance, regulatory compliance, team development, process improvement, reporting, and approved supplier qualification. Partners with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Project Management to align sourcing with project priorities. Requires extensive procurement experience, nuclear industry knowledge, ERP proficiency, and occasional North American travel.
