Engage regulators, policymakers, and partners; manage compliance submissions; assess regulatory and geopolitical risk; coordinate cross-functional teams and travel to execute market-access strategies.

Lead capture and proposal strategy for government, international, and commercial space opportunities. Translate technical mission requirements into win themes, author RFIs/RFPs/white papers, manage cross-functional proposal development, maintain reusable proposal content and playbooks, and drive timelines to submission.

Design, build, and characterize RF electronics (LNAs, filters, PAs). Create electromagnetic simulation models, collaborate across disciplines, and iterate hardware for reliability, performance, and manufacturability. Troubleshoot integrated RF system performance.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-based backend systems for global antenna scheduling, customer-facing APIs, billing/metering, and orchestration. Build reliable, scalable control and data planes across cloud and on-prem, collaborate with customers and operations, and enable secure TT&C and payload data transfer.

Lead end-to-end development of Northwood antenna systems from architecture through design, integration, manufacturing, and field deployment. Translate mission needs into requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and risks, run trade studies, drive prototyping, integration, testing, and production-readiness, and contribute hands-on within a primary engineering discipline.
