Build and maintain Greptile’s TypeScript-based dashboard and customer-facing analytics platform. Collaborate with design engineering to deliver fast, consistent, visually polished user experiences. The role supports a product that uses AI to review code and autonomously identify bugs and enforce coding standards for thousands of developer customers.

Design and implement robust infrastructure to support rapidly growing usage, deploy Greptile for enterprise customers, and operationalize on-premise deployments. The role involves cloud engineering, networking, containerization, virtualization, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux systems, and sandboxed execution environments. Engineers will collaborate closely with customers and help maintain reliable infrastructure for an AI-powered code review platform.

Partner with sales on technical discovery, customer-specific solutions, proofs of concept, and pilots. Manage security and compliance diligence, build integrations and reference implementations, and represent customer needs internally to product and engineering. Create reusable demos, templates, and technical documentation to improve adoption and sales effectiveness. The role requires software or DevOps engineering experience, strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, and familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and enterprise identity systems.

Build autonomous code-validation agents that review GitHub pull requests, learn coding standards, optimize feedback using reinforcement learning, and detect bugs through code execution and AI-generated end-to-end tests. Responsibilities include solving challenges in LLM memory, multilingual codebase indexing, and semantic search; designing, testing, deploying features; and iterating based on user feedback.

Develops AI agents and language-model systems for automated code review and validation. Responsibilities include designing multi-agent architectures, building models, harnesses, and evaluations, researching LLMs and information retrieval, prototyping code-review workflows, and integrating successful experiments into production. The role requires strong programming, research ability, and product intuition, with opportunities to work on autonomous testing and deployment systems.

Own the revenue operations infrastructure, including CRM and GTM systems, forecasting, quotas, territories, compensation, funnel measurement, deal desk, and reporting. Partner with the CRO, Finance, and Growth on revenue planning, market and ICP analysis, capacity models, and GTM investment scenarios. This first RevOps hire will build scalable processes and systems in a fast-growing AI technology company.
