As a Hardware Test Engineering Intern, you'll design and build test benches for power electronics, execute reliability tests, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product development.

The Engineering Program Manager will oversee technical execution, drive coordination of teams, manage risks, and ensure successful product launches in power electronics.

Lead end-to-end sales for solar and storage segments: source, qualify, and close deals with IPPs, developers, EPCs and integrators; build and manage the account management team, sales processes, CRM adoption, and contract structures (MSAs, SLAs). Partner cross-functionally to translate customer demand into product priorities and revenue targets.

As a Senior/Staff Safety Compliance Engineer, you will identify regulatory hurdles, ensure product compliance, and collaborate with design teams to achieve certifications for market entry.

Intern will model power converters, design and capture controllers in Matlab/Simulink, translate algorithms to embedded C, validate via HiL and prototype bring-up, perform small-signal modeling and dynamic stress tests, review schematics, and support production and fleet performance improvements.
