Own onboarding/offboarding, payroll for salaried and hourly staff, benefits, HRIS and system implementations, compliance with federal and California law, employee relations, manager coaching, performance cycles, and coordination with Finance, Legal, IT, and EHS for workers' compensation and safety processes.

Work with engineers to design, model, prototype, and test medium-voltage power converters. Tasks include simulation, component selection, hardware bring-up, device characterization, lab testing (efficiency, thermal, EMC), and documenting results for design reviews.

Develop and deploy production test systems, fixtures, and instrumentation for PCBAs, subsystems, and products. Support DFM/DFT, validation, EOL testing, board bring-up, root-cause debugging, yield improvement, and production ramps. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and vendors to deliver reliable, maintainable test stations and manufacturing documentation.

Support design, validation, and characterization of magnetic components for medium-voltage power converters. Perform lab measurements, build prototypes, run electromagnetic simulations, analyze EMI/EMC, and document results while collaborating with power electronics and layout teams.
