Lead UAS business development focused on flight control, autopilot, guidance, navigation, and autonomy solutions. Drive SBIR/STTR technology transitions into Phase III, follow-on, and commercial programs; build government and industry relationships; manage capture strategy, partnerships, pricing inputs, proposals, and sales pipeline. Engage DoD program offices, primes, integrators, and commercial manufacturers while shaping customer requirements and product roadmaps. Represent the company at industry events and support scalable product commercialization.

Lead modeling, simulation, and flight-control technical efforts; serve as PI on programs; manage multiple contracts, budgets, deliverables, and junior engineers; develop test protocols, analyze data, support business development, and oversee technical projects within schedule and budget.
