Build and maintain Terraform IaC, automate via PowerShell/Bash and GitLab CI/CD, support Azure networking and AVD, enforce NIST/RMF/FedRAMP compliance, monitor with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, and collaborate onsite with stakeholders.
