Own Ren’s People technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, engagement, learning, and performance platforms. Lead configuration, vendor management, integrations, workflow automation, AI enablement, roadmap planning, implementations, adoption, governance, and reporting. Partner cross-functionally to improve employee and manager experiences, reduce manual work and errors, and deliver measurable platform and people insights without an internal engineering team.

Leads the Fund Administration team responsible for donor-advised fund openings and investment account paperwork. Oversees staffing, training, workflows, escalations, client and custodian relationships, and account approvals. Drives process improvement, automation, documentation, quality controls, and cross-functional systems initiatives. Establishes performance metrics, analyzes operational data, and presents staffing, turnaround-time, and automation insights to senior leadership.

Leads integrated marketing strategy across paid, content, earned, SEO, and website channels. Directs agency execution, manages campaign coordination, owns conversion optimization, and builds KPI and reporting infrastructure using GA4, Looker Studio, and related tools. Analyzes performance data, monitors paid media efficiency, recommends budget reallocations, and provides leadership with actionable weekly insights.

Leads Ren’s advisor and professional channel activation strategy, owning sales targets, forecasting, budgets, compensation, capacity planning, and unit-economic decisions. Builds scalable coverage, pipeline, adoption, coaching, and performance systems while expanding relationships with financial advisors, wealth firms, legal, tax, accounting, transaction, and investment professionals. Develops high-performing teams, creates new referral channels, drives charitable planning adoption, and represents Ren as a thought leader.

Leads Ren’s corporate marketing and communications strategy across brand, content, PR, internal communications, paid media, events, demand generation, SEO, and AI-driven discovery. Oversees multidisciplinary teams and agencies, develops brand positioning across Ren and affiliated foundations, builds lifecycle and nurture programs, manages communications and event strategy, and connects marketing performance to pipeline and revenue through KPIs, attribution, and experimentation.
