Supports the Property Manager in daily multifamily community operations, with emphasis on accounts receivable, leasing, lease renewals, resident communications, collections, security deposits, reporting, and compliance. Performs leasing and property management duties when needed, monitors leasing staff performance, assists with evictions and property condition oversight, coordinates resident events, and handles general office administration. Requires attention to detail, accounting knowledge, effective communication, supervisory ability, and proficiency with property management software.
