Deliver tested features through Agile/Scrum while collaborating with program and customer teams.

Lead end-to-end QA for an agentic AI platform: plan tests, write manual and automated E2E cases, run Playwright clusters, test LLM/agent behaviors, integrate tests into CI/CD, triage defects, and drive regression and release sign-off.

Lead design and productionization of enterprise-grade Generative AI for banking. Own GenAI architecture (RAG, agents, prompt orchestration), ensure scalability, security, observability, and compliance. Partner with business, product, risk, cyber, legal, and platform teams to deliver regulated use cases, mentor engineers, establish reusable patterns, and embed governance, privacy, and guardrails into AI solutions.

Lead application and platform modernization by deconstructing monoliths into container-based services on GCP. Drive Python and PHP development, implement OpenSSL secure communications, expand metrics and logging (Chronosphere/Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk), manage OS/package migrations, ensure testing discipline, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features and troubleshoot distributed systems.

Analyze mobile and web user journeys to identify friction, feature adoption, and performance issues. Build custom SQL analyses, create dashboards and visualizations, monitor telemetry to detect problems, and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations that influence product roadmaps and improve user experience.

Build, manage, and optimize production GCP infrastructure (Compute, VPC, IAM, storage, GKE). Execute cloud migrations, implement Terraform IaC, troubleshoot performance and costs, automate with CI/CD and scripts, and collaborate with engineering and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure cloud environments.

Design, scale, and maintain enterprise observability and alerting across multi-cloud and hybrid systems. Build observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, GCP observability), automate infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, integrate CI/CD for containerized workloads on Kubernetes/GKE/OpenShift, optimize Linux systems, and implement SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/Error Budgets).
