Creates parametric and non-parametric 3D models, product drawings, layouts, schematics, revisions, and bills of material. Converts concepts into detailed models under engineering direction, interprets manufacturing tolerances, performs precision measurements, reviews designs, manages CAD/PDM documentation, supports technical inquiries, and guides design technicians. Designs induction motors using engineering software, develops costing, prepares technical documentation, resolves customer questions, and supports product presentations. Occasional overnight travel may be required, with a potential pathway toward Sales Representative responsibilities.

Owns the full lifecycle of an electric motor product portfolio, including market strategy, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, value propositions, and go-to-market planning. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and customers to identify product opportunities, ensure technical and regulatory compliance, and improve profitability. Provides technical leadership, supports customer proposals, and leads cross-functional product teams.

Lead the design and innovation of advanced power electronic systems, including converters and inverters, while mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with grid standards.

The role involves developing channel strategies, engaging with key customers, leading sales efforts, monitoring market trends, and supervising sales teams in the electrical equipment sector.
