The Controller leads accounting and finance operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, payroll, tax compliance, cash forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls. The role supports inventory, project accounting, acquisitions, consolidations, and process improvement while partnering with executives and business leaders. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller also develops the finance team and provides analysis for strategic and Board-level decisions.

Own relationships for a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for communications, issues, escalations, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth. Conduct client check-ins, business reviews, presentations, reports, and occasional onsite visits. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, leadership, and internal subject matter experts while maintaining accurate account information and supporting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Drives new business growth across hospitals and health systems by prospecting, developing relationships, building sales pipelines, positioning laboratory and diagnostic solutions, leading client presentations, negotiating contracts, forecasting opportunities, and supporting client onboarding. Requires an established healthcare network, strong consultative selling skills, knowledge of clinical laboratory environments, and willingness to travel up to 40%.
