Manages DNS/DHCP/IPAM, secure VPNs and cloud connectivity (Salesforce, AWS), monitoring with Splunk, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and network/security design. Works with Cisco ACI, Palo Alto/ Panorama, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VxLAN, VMware, cloud platforms, and enterprise wireless. Provides technical leadership and escalated support.
