Leads internal communications for ClearChoice’s distributed field and center teams. Advises the COO and senior operations leaders, translates business priorities and organizational changes into clear communications, manages communication channels and plans, develops executive messaging and presentations, supports events, measures engagement, and improves communications effectiveness. The role also leads change communications, coordinates cross-functional messaging, owns execution timelines, and manages the Internal Communications Manager.

Responsibilities include performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, training, recruitment support, compliance, labor relations, HR reporting, and retention initiatives. The role coaches leaders, conducts hospital visits, drives HR program adoption, and partners with operations and learning teams to improve workforce performance and engagement. This hybrid Phoenix-based position requires 70% travel to West Valley locations.

Designs, develops, and facilitates role-specific learning programs for healthcare team members. Creates training content using multimedia and e-learning tools, delivers specialized virtual instruction, evaluates learner performance, and communicates development needs to field leaders and HR. Supports project planning, training record management, reporting, session logistics, and continuous improvement of learning programs while ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Leads enterprise customer relationship marketing strategy across email, SMS, web, and call center channels. Oversees a large CRM team, develops personalized customer journeys, uses AI and analytics to optimize engagement and retention, manages performance experimentation and budgets, and collaborates with marketing, product, technology, data, and business teams. Requires extensive CRM leadership experience and strong strategic, analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, discovery, and execution for a defined product area. Analyze customer and product data, develop business cases, define requirements and MVPs, establish success metrics, and partner with UX, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centered solutions and measurable outcomes.
