Lead and build a supplier development engineering team to qualify and mature suppliers for high-rate satellite production. Define supplier qualification and audit processes, manage PPAP, lead containments and corrective actions, drive supplier quality improvement, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to meet product, delivery, and cost goals.

Lead certification, verification, and execution for spacecraft payload and launch integration. Serve as K2's primary liaison with launch and payload providers, manage readiness reviews, licensing, insurance, and contracts, and drive process improvements and lessons learned to ensure successful launch outcomes.

Ensure testbed automation, documentation, and build parity with flight systems.

Own supplier development for mechanical commodities: assess supplier capabilities, manage PPAP and production readiness, lead containments and corrective actions, drive supplier quality improvements, and align production roadmaps with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to meet product quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Lead analytics for enterprise systems to convert operational data into actionable insights. Build automated reports, dashboards, and data pipelines using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and BI tools. Partner with Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering to analyze production drivers, support regulatory and financial reporting, improve data QC, and document data tools and workflows.

Lead verification of custom ASIC/SoC from block to full-chip: develop verification plans, build SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, run constrained-random and directed tests, use SVA and formal methods, manage regressions and CI, drive coverage closure, support post-silicon bring-up, and influence DV methodology across cross-functional teams.

Design and implement end-to-end cybersecurity architectures for classified, CUI, and unclassified systems supporting DoD/IC. Lead RMF accreditation (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms), conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments, advise on Cross Domain Solutions and zero trust, integrate security into SDLC, and brief senior leadership. Mentor junior staff and provide SME support for classified cybersecurity programs.

Own quality and reliability across satellite build programs from receiving inspection through integration, test, and launch handoff. Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and containment. Develop quality processes, PFMEAs, and metrics; embed quality into manufacturing and design. Support change control, build dashboards, and represent build reliability at design and readiness reviews to enable high-rate, mission-ready satellite production.

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure with IaC; scale and operate mission-critical services; automate tooling and self-service platforms; collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high availability, reliability, security, and resiliency for vehicle and non-vehicle software systems.
