Own substrate stackups, ball maps, SI/PI, thermal design, material selection, vendor qualification, packaging standards, and production ramp. Drive architecture trade studies, calibration techniques, FinFET CMOS implementation, converter integration, simulation methodologies, and collaboration with RF, digital, systems, package, and verification teams. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analog and mixed-signal engineers.

The role covers converter trade studies, FinFET CMOS circuit implementation, calibration, clocking, references, signal integrity, and DSP collaboration. Lead manufacturability, tooling, assembly methods, build flows, and production transition for spacecraft mechanisms including actuators, gimbals, separation mechanisms, and reaction wheels. Establish manufacturing standards, mitigate process risks, develop automation and MES tools, support prototype and qualification testing, scale advanced techniques to high-rate flight hardware production, and mentor manufacturing engineers and technicians.

Leads manufacturability, tooling, process development, prototype builds, test articles, and production-flow optimization for spacecraft mechanisms. Develops advanced manufacturing techniques for actuators, separation mechanisms, gimbals, and reaction wheel assemblies; provides DFX guidance; supports qualification testing; scales processes to high-rate flight-hardware production; and mentors engineers and technicians.

Lead manufacturing engineering for spacecraft electronic assemblies, including PCBAs, wire harnesses, avionics, electromechanical assemblies, and machined components. Develop manufacturing methods, tooling, build flows, MES processes, and DFX guidance; prototype and transition designs from first article to high-rate production. Lead manufacturability reviews, improve production efficiency, mentor junior engineers and technicians, and apply aerospace workmanship, inspection, conformal coating, and GD&T standards.

Develops manufacturing methods, tooling, build flows, and production processes for spacecraft mechanisms and electromechanical assemblies. Partners with design engineers on DFX and manufacturability, builds prototypes and test articles, supports qualification campaigns, establishes first-article production floors, and transitions advanced manufacturing techniques to high-rate flight-hardware production. The role also involves MES implementation, mechanical assembly, wire harness manufacturing, tooling, process improvement, and aerospace standards compliance.

Develops and scales manufacturing processes for spacecraft electronic and electromechanical assemblies. Responsibilities include design-for-excellence guidance, prototype and flight hardware builds, tooling and fixturing, manufacturing flow development, MES implementation, PCBA and harness manufacturing, conformal coating, and production process optimization. The engineer collaborates with electrical, mechanical, and design teams to establish manufacturability and support high-rate satellite production.

The Integration & Test Engineer will define test plans for satellites, collaborate with engineering teams, operate spacecraft, troubleshoot issues, and lead vehicle operations.
