The Product Engineer will maintain and improve manufacturing systems and products, provide technical support, manage project priorities, and coordinate engineering changes to ensure quality and compliance.

Duties include engineering calculations, product selection, design analysis using CSTEDY, technical specifications, failure analysis, field troubleshooting, customer support, testing, prototype development, engineering changes, and project management. The role also provides technical guidance, supports CAD activities, delivers customer presentations and training, and contributes to product enhancements and production transitions.

Lead development, optimization, and hands-on support of braiding and spiral reinforcement processes for high-performance hose and conduit systems. Create process documentation and standard work, troubleshoot production lines, collaborate with maintenance and quality, support qualification testing (proof, burst, impulse, temperature cycling), refine braid/spiral design parameters, and drive continuous improvement to meet aerospace and industrial performance requirements.

Design, develop, validate, and improve hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies, fittings, and attachment processes (crimping/swaging). Create CAD models/drawings and BOMs, define performance requirements, develop test plans, support production troubleshooting, implement quality and compliance activities (PPAP, FMEA, CAPA), and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams through product lifecycle.

Part-time Mechanical Engineering intern rotating through inspection/repair, maintenance, assembly, and engineering/sales. Inspect, disassemble, lap, assemble, pressure-test mechanical seals, perform failure/root-cause analysis, assist sales, run seal calculations with engineering, and communicate with stakeholders.

Designs and develops mechanical and fluid-handling products, performs engineering reviews, approves design changes, creates and maintains drawings and controlled documents, interfaces with customers, supports manufacturing and testing, and drives corrective actions for nonconforming product.

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding key accounts, pursuing new business, overseeing pre- and post-order execution, collaborating with sales/marketing/engineering, handling forecasts and reporting, performing market/competitor analysis, and ensuring customer support and contract profitability.

Design, program, commission, and support industrial control systems and panels. Develop PLC/HMI/SCADA applications, configure industrial networks, perform FAT/SAT, lead onsite commissioning, and produce panel schematics and BOMs to meet safety and customer requirements.
