Develops and expands relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary account contact. Executes global account strategies, understands customer objectives, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leads technical discussions, and delivers account plans targeting sales, order intake, margin, satisfaction, and retention. Partners with internal stakeholders, analyzes spend, drives savings and compliance, monitors market risks, and supports digital procurement tool adoption. Manages categories such as facilities, marketing, HR services, maintenance, and professional services while improving supplier performance, contract compliance, and procurement efficiency.

Receives training in mechanical seal operations, failure analysis, customer application review, troubleshooting, and equipment recommendations. Coordinates customer work, evaluates seal performance and failures, reviews materials and engineering drawings, prepares technical reports, and communicates recommendations to management and sales teams. The role ultimately supports customers on-site at their facilities and participates in partnership programs.

Analyzes manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, overhead, inventory, and production variances. Prepares cost reports, supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, and month- and year-end close. Reviews bills of materials, maintains cost accounting systems, reconciles inventory, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and supports pricing and profitability decisions. Partners with production, operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to improve cost accuracy and efficiency.

Manages full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, aging reports, account analysis, discrepancy resolution, and customer communication. Supports accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Uses Excel and accounting software to analyze data, generate reports, maintain accurate customer records, and improve receivables efficiency.

Manage key federal customer accounts throughout the sales process, from estimating and order management through product handoff. Responsibilities include solution selling, account retention and expansion, needs analysis, contract negotiation, CRM management, KPI tracking, issue resolution, strategic account planning, and closing new business. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams, requires frequent travel, and focuses on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Owns enterprise Finance processes across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, close, consolidation, reporting, and controls. Leads ERP governance, process harmonization, transformation, testing, adoption, data governance, audit readiness, continuous improvement, automation, and cross-functional stakeholder decisions across Finance, IT, Operations, and Shared Services.

Oversee end-to-end programs for ports and borders, including civil works, product delivery, installation, testing, training, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality, risk, compliance, and customer requirements. Manage cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, contracts, RFPs, program reviews, revenue and profit objectives, issue resolution, and final payment. Support business development, product lifecycle activities, customer negotiations, and team development while ensuring compliance with export controls, security regulations, and company policies.
