Lead design, simulation, and optimization of optical subsystems for semiconductor metrology. Develop and implement measurement methods (interferometry, ellipsometry, scatterometry), integrate optics with cross-functional teams, prototype and test systems, analyze data, document results, troubleshoot issues, and support vendor evaluations and continuous improvement.

Lead NPD software engineering for semiconductor capital equipment, owning strategy, architecture, execution, quality, and cross-functional delivery. Manage hardware/software integration, CI/CD, automated testing, defect management, and cybersecurity readiness. Build and mentor global teams, run design and architecture reviews, drive reliability and platform reuse, and communicate status and risks to senior leadership through product release and field introduction.

Lead and grow an SDET team, define test strategy and automation roadmap, design and maintain scalable UI/API/performance test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, drive shift-left quality, track quality KPIs, and collaborate across engineering, product, and DevOps.

Own and operate the GitHub platform for a Windows-first product org: design and run GitHub Actions CI/CD, runner fleet and container images, NuGet and signing/release plumbing, supply-chain security, observability and IaC, on-call incident response, and embed with product teams to improve build reliability, speed, and reproducibility.

Lead systems engineering for automated optical inspection and metrology platforms for semiconductor equipment. Define technical requirements and system architecture, mitigate risks, collaborate cross-functionally, perform root-cause analysis, prototype solutions, and drive complex product development from concept to production with occasional travel.

Responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule, optimizing capacity, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production with business goals.
