Develop a mobile-first extension of an Angular enterprise DCIM platform for iOS and Android using Capacitor. Responsibilities include building mobile workflows, integrating native device capabilities, implementing offline persistence and synchronization, connecting APIs and authentication, managing builds and releases, establishing CI/CD standards, and publishing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Provides software support and troubleshooting for Sunbird’s DCIM suite, including implementation, configuration, upgrades, bug analysis, ticket management, issue escalation, and customer communication. Supports clients by phone, email, and portal, participates in software training, and conducts data center surveys and audits. Requires basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows systems, ticketing tools, and SQL, with daily office attendance and up to 10% travel.

Integrates customer software and data center infrastructure with Sunbird DCIM software using REST APIs. Develops and debugs Python automation and data-processing code, transforms and migrates customer data, troubleshoots integrations, and uses SQL, GitHub, API documentation, and command-line tools. Provides technical customer support and project coordination while working with changing priorities. Flexible hours and travel up to 10% may be required.

Coordinates DCIM software support by triaging tickets, investigating escalations, diagnosing defects, documenting troubleshooting paths, testing solutions, assisting deployments, and serving as a liaison among engineering, technical support, client services, and customers. The role also identifies issue trends, develops solution proposals and project plans under supervision, conducts customer ticket reviews, and supports continuous process and technical improvement.

Supports DCIM software implementations through hardware modeling, data center drawings, data migration, customer troubleshooting, ticket management, software configuration, testing, and documentation. Researches data center equipment specifications, edits AutoCAD and Visio drawings, conducts surveys and audits, and assists with customer and partner training. Requires technical customer support experience, basic hardware and Windows knowledge, spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with business, ticketing, collaboration, and database tools.

Troubleshoot and reproduce field issues, identify root causes, create corrective scripts/procedures, communicate with stakeholders, document knowledge, and lead internal and customer-facing support calls.

Prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, A/R and A/P, support month/quarter/year-end closes, manage invoicing and collections, assist with tax filings, audits, budgeting, and process improvements.

Provide technical support for Sunbird DCIM web solutions: reproduce and troubleshoot field issues, create corrective scripts/procedures, document and transfer knowledge, and lead internal and customer-facing calls.
