Owns engagement, onboarding, accountability, and retention for assigned business-owner members. Conducts follow-ups, monitors engagement and cancellation risk, facilitates tribe sessions and events, coordinates onboarding, tracks KPIs, maintains member records, and partners with coaches and support teams to strengthen long-term relationships.

Own and grow a dedicated sales territory by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, closing memberships, and cross-selling training products to independent auto shop owners. Maintain CRM pipeline records, achieve sales quotas, build virtual customer relationships, collaborate with territory peers, and partner with leadership on territory strategy. Represent the company at events and on-site trainings as needed.
