The Junior IT Analyst supports internal users with system maintenance, diagnoses software and hardware issues, manages IT device inventory, and oversees equipment replacement.

Build and maintain SSIS ETL packages, troubleshoot production database and application issues, optimize SQL queries and reports, perform data analysis and updates, and create SSRS or Power BI reports. The role supports data cleansing, synchronization, software troubleshooting, process streamlining, and proactive automation while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
