Owns U.S. and Canadian tax operations, including multi-state sales and use tax, Canadian indirect tax, income tax return review, nexus and apportionment analysis, partnership tax distributions, cross-border compliance, tax accruals, controls, and compliance calendars. Oversees external tax advisors, supervises and develops a senior tax accountant, documents tax positions, and partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations on tax implications.

Create clear, testable recipe instructions and maintain the recipe database; support process development, recipe testing/validation, cross-functional training, and HQ test-kitchen operations. Travel up to 20% for quality assurance and special projects.
