Process weekly payroll for a high-volume, multi-state workforce; verify and reconcile payroll data; handle adjustments, garnishments, off-cycle and supplemental payments; respond to payroll inquiries; maintain confidential records; assist with audits, year-end W-2 activities, system testing, and payroll process improvements while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Administer and maintain the UKG HRIS, ensuring data integrity, configurations, and user access. Generate reports and dashboards, support integrations (payroll/timekeeping), assist HR with data processing and personnel actions, perform audits, and train end-users. Support system upgrades, testing, and automation of HR workflows while ensuring compliance and security of employee data.

Sell and estimate fire sprinkler/suppression systems, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes, maintain safety and risk management on job sites, and support documentation and recordkeeping.

Lead the Integrated Systems division overseeing P&L, job costing, scheduling, staffing, training, safety, and customer relations. Manage supervisors and employees, ensure contract fulfillment, support sales and proposals, enforce codes and SOPs, and maintain vendor negotiations and profitability.

Manage fleet risk and compliance: oversee fuel card and toll programs, vehicle registration and insurance, MVR monitoring, dashcam/telematic devices, incident reporting and claims recordkeeping, driver training, and cross-functional communication with HR, Safety, and Divisions.

Design and coordinate integrated fire, life-safety, and security system drawings and schedules. Produce AutoCAD layouts, perform site surveys, ensure NFPA and code compliance, manage submittals, coordinate with contractors and purchasing, support installation and closeout, and mentor junior designers.

Responsible for promoting and selling integrated fire and security systems, engaging clients, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The Contract Booking Administrator will manage contract bookings and scheduling, ensure accurate contract details, and both support and coordinate with internal teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, generating reports, and improving booking procedures for enhanced customer satisfaction.
