The Vice President, Attorney, Regulatory Compliance role involves supporting the Global CCO in compliance program execution, regulatory guidance, and team mentorship while managing compliance for investment products.

Act as the CRM liaison to Sales and Distribution, gathering requirements, managing support cases, documenting processes, maintaining the Salesforce backlog and roadmap, delivering training, performing light Salesforce administration (reports, dashboards, list views), and applying generative AI to improve support and documentation.

Provide paralegal support to corporate attorneys for a NYSE-listed asset manager, handling board and committee meetings, SEC filings, corporate governance, minute books, earnings release support, entity records, and transactional and compliance documentation for domestic and international affiliates.

Provide high-level administrative support to Global Distribution senior leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, process invoices and expenses, enforce policies, serve as SME for procedures, liaise with executive offices, lead ad hoc projects and conferences, and back up other department assistants while handling confidential information with discretion.
