Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting real-world engineering projects at Rehlko. Candidates must be enrolled in an engineering degree program and authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Develops predictive maintenance, optimization, feedback, and model predictive control algorithms for power conversion and generation systems. Builds component models in Simulink, generates C++ code, validates algorithms through simulation and hardware testing, integrates designs into existing codebases, and creates internal engineering tools. Serves as a technical expert in software and model-based design while supporting troubleshooting and technical reviews across the business.

Leads the enterprise Employee Relations Center of Excellence, establishing strategy, governance, policies, reporting, case management, and investigation practices. Advises on complex employee and labor relations matters, including investigations, grievances, workplace conduct, and legal-risk issues. Partners with HR, Legal, Communications, and business leaders to improve compliance, employee trust, manager effectiveness, and organizational culture. Develops training and guidance while analyzing employee relations data to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities.

Leads CNC machining process improvements, capital projects, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across turning, milling, grinding, honing, and broaching operations. Establishes machining parameters, manages tooling, fixtures, gauging, and equipment processes, and guides projects from scope through commissioning. Serves as the plant machining subject matter expert, mentors technical staff, performs root-cause problem solving, and collaborates with operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and product engineering.

Manages complex customer orders through the complete order-to-cash lifecycle, including order entry, shipment coordination, invoicing support, issue resolution, audits, and documentation. Serves as the primary contact for strategic accounts, coordinates cross-functional fulfillment activities, analyzes operational data, and mitigates customer and business risks. Provides backup support for Engineered Specials accounts, leads process improvements, trains and mentors Sales Coordinators, and maintains accurate information across business systems.

Owns Workday Talent processes as the functional lead and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include configuration, production support, roadmap development, process improvement, project delivery, system integrations, testing, documentation, training, governance, and user adoption. Partners with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and IT to implement scalable HR technology solutions, optimize processes, manage enhancements, and support new Workday functionality.

Leads global HR strategy for Rehlko’s Engines business, partnering with executives to align talent, workforce planning, organizational design, succession, leadership development, employee engagement, rewards, and culture with growth objectives. Oversees a global HR team and supports transformations, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, employee relations, labor relations, and change management across a matrixed organization.

The Project Manufacturing Engineer drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement in manufacturing areas. Responsibilities include designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment, optimizing material flow and routings, supporting product launches through DFM/DFA, leading capital and process improvement projects, resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and PFMEA, and mentoring production personnel.

Leads enterprise-wide operations transformation initiatives across global manufacturing, including footprint optimization, facility expansion, capacity balancing, process and equipment deployment, insourcing and outsourcing, product transfers, and M&A integration. Partners with finance, legal, HR, supply chain, and business stakeholders to improve cost, capacity, resiliency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Oversees strategic planning, capital investments, integration plans, and global program execution.

Leads the company’s finance governance and financial controls framework, including ICFR, SOX compliance, control testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, audit coordination, ITGC oversight, finance policies, and executive reporting. Partners with Finance, Internal Audit, IT, external auditors, and leadership to maintain a sustainable control environment, support public-company requirements, and improve governance across global business units.
