Lead demand planning and SIOP activities to drive forecast accuracy, revenue attainment, and customer collaboration. Build statistical forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive reporting using Kinaxis, SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Facilitate cross-functional consensus across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and inventory optimization to meet FINPLAN revenue targets.

Lead enterprise finance technology strategy and architecture for OneStream and SAP Finance. Define standards, govern integrations, ensure data integrity and compliance, drive financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and transformation initiatives, mentor teams, and partner with Finance leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable finance solutions.

Serve as the primary financial advisor for the Hattiesburg plant, owning the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, payroll and accounting oversight. Provide financial and operational analysis, support capital and strategic planning, ensure inventory control, train staff on financial topics, and drive improvements in plant financial performance while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
