Manage financial accounting and reporting for multiple insurance pool programs, supervise multi-location accounting staff, oversee general ledger, reconciliations, treasury and budgeting, coordinate audits, and prepare regulatory, tax, and governance financial statements.

Lead the creation and scaling of a centralized Power BI function across multiple divisions. Establish governance, semantic models, security, release management, and standards. Build and lead a BI team, design complex row-level security, combine cross-division datasets, and deliver certified, performant Power BI reports and data products while partnering with stakeholders and maintaining hands-on architecture and development.
