Leads a portfolio of robotics, autonomous systems, machine vision, and automated material handling programs across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include technology evaluation, solution design, equipment integration, commissioning, qualification, startup, vendor and engineering-firm oversight, governance development, roadmap planning, stakeholder collaboration, and coaching engineers. The role drives scalable physical AI and automation solutions in regulated manufacturing environments and requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Support and execute financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits domestically and internationally. Perform audit procedures, prepare workpapers, analyze evidence, identify control deficiencies and improvement opportunities, draft observations and recommendations, and participate in client and leadership meetings while maintaining professional standards.

Lead and build functional genomics analytics capabilities for CRISPR screens, single-cell perturbation studies, imaging, and multi-omics target prioritization. Develop computational, AI, machine learning, and image analysis methods; integrate genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and morphological data; establish reproducible and FAIR data practices; and guide discovery decisions. Lead, mentor, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and external partners across therapeutic areas.

Lead and participate in financial, operational, SOX 404 and IT audits (domestic and international). Execute audit programs, test controls, write findings and reports, present results to stakeholders, and occasionally lead small audit teams while ensuring professional independence and quality.

Lead and execute U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and reporting. Prepare international tax calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC), ASC 740 provision work, Forms 5471/8858/8865/1118/8992/8993, CbCR filings, and support dividend/repatriation planning. Drive automation using Corptax, Excel, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Query, respond to IRS exams, and collaborate with tax, finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and business teams.

Lead technical design, architecture, validation, and mass-production readiness for an animal wearable (collar). Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, NPI, Operations, and manufacturing to ensure reliability, manufacturability, RF/embedded integration, and field performance. Own technical metrics, risk mitigation, and product outcomes from concept through production and ongoing support.
