Provides strategic procurement and sourcing support for clinical trial functional service providers. Develops and executes RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; analyzes supplier markets, budgets, bids, and performance; negotiates costs; manages contracts; and supports cross-functional stakeholders across clinical research, procurement, finance, legal, privacy, and compliance. Supports oncology collaboration finance through budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly close, variance analysis, financial modeling, governance support, and accounting compliance. Serves as a finance partner to project teams, alliance managers, development leaders, and external partners. Ensures accurate GAAP accounting, payments, milestone recognition, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls while providing financial insights for R&D and clinical development decisions.
