Integrate industrial cobots, build and operate HIL/SIL/VIL test infrastructure, develop edge agents and hardware abstraction layers, create firmware bring-up and flashing tools, and partner with manufacturing and hardware teams to define automation strategies and validate hardware-software integration.

Produce mass‑optimized, manufacturable structural designs, perform structural analysis and testing, create CAD models and manufacturing documentation, integrate mechanical and electrical systems, support rapid prototyping and root-cause troubleshooting, and mentor engineers while establishing CAD/configuration best practices.

Lead architecture, design, and development of avionics electrical systems for Group 2 UAS. Hands-on with schematic and PCB design, bring-up, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and system-level verification. Drive cross-disciplinary integration, supplier selection, documentation, and corrective actions while mentoring engineers and supporting production and fleet operations.

Lead development of aircraft electrical hardware including power distribution, conversion, battery charging, embedded control electronics, and high-speed communications. Own full hardware lifecycle from concept, simulation, schematic/PCB design, prototyping, testing, and integration. Produce engineering documentation, manage vendor selection, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver flight-ready products.
