Create and maintain 3D CAD models and manufacturing documentation, perform structural analysis and testing, integrate mechanical and electromechanical systems, drive DFM and weight-optimized designs, supervise validation and test data correlation, and mentor engineering staff while owning hardware lifecycle and configuration control.

Lead and scale talent acquisition: build recruiting strategy, manage full-cycle recruiters and sourcers, carry senior requisitions, implement workforce planning, optimize ATS and recruiting tech, ensure compliant hiring (ITAR/OFCCP), design organizational structures, and establish performance management and succession planning.

Lead and execute business development for Navy and USMC customers: develop engagement strategy, identify and qualify opportunities, manage capture and proposal efforts, build DoN/DoW relationships, navigate acquisition and budgeting cycles, collaborate with engineering/product, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, track pipeline and represent the company at events to drive contract awards.

Lead and build Firestorm's multi-modal logistics function for CONUS/OCONUS air, ground, rail, and sea. Serve as HAZMAT shipper-of-record, ensure customs and ITAR/EAR compliance, manage carriers/freight-forwarders, stand up tracking dashboards and surge logistics bench, coordinate cross-functionally for deployments, and negotiate MSAs for logistics partners.

Lead and scale the Mission Success Manager team, own 30/60/90 customer cadences and SLA-driven closed-loop responses, partner with product and program teams for VOC triage and roadmap visibility, manage CSAT, renewals, and expansion motions, represent mission success in cross-functional reviews and Sev-1 events, and set customer-experience standards for defense-tech fielding and sustainment.
