Lead and grow a drivetrain test engineering team to define and execute validation strategies from concept to production. Own DVP&R, test specifications, lab infrastructure, EOL test profiles, and cross-functional validation. Develop test methodologies and automation, review results, drive root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to meet performance, durability, NVH, efficiency, safety, and reliability targets.

Lead end-to-end firmware and embedded software programs for hardware products, coordinating product, hardware, and software teams. Plan requirements, identify and mitigate risks, manage schedules, releases and integrations with backend systems, communicate status to stakeholders, and implement process improvements to meet roadmap goals.
