Own vehicle architecture, layout, component design, packaging, and integration from concept through production release. Lead integration and virtual build reviews, manage CAD and BOM, perform tolerance stack-ups and GD&T, support prototypes and pre-series production, and balance cost, mass, manufacturability, performance, service, and reliability across the vehicle program.

Develop and maintain controls software test infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks across MIL, SIL, HIL, and vehicle environments. Translate requirements into test strategies, analyze Simulink and Stateflow models and generated C code, validate embedded controls and propulsion modules, investigate defects, analyze CAN and telemetry data, and support controls engineers with tooling and integration issues.

Develop and validate customized dynamometer, vehicle dyno, and test-bench control systems, including models, software, GUIs, embedded interfaces, and automated validation profiles. Integrate electric drives, sensors, power supplies, and cooling systems. Perform dyno and vehicle testing, troubleshoot controls issues, analyze logs, track software defects, and support propulsion and motor-control development alongside cross-functional engineering teams.

Develop and calibrate vehicle dynamics control algorithms for steering, stability, traction, ABS, AWD, and torque vectoring systems. Build simulation models, execute in-vehicle and dyno testing, define handling metrics, analyze vehicle data, troubleshoot software issues, and resolve system integration problems across controls, embedded software, firmware, and vehicle domains. Support the full development lifecycle from modeling and feature definition through validation and release.

Owns global sourcing strategy and supplier management for electronics and semiconductor components used in electric vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining the approved vendor list, negotiating long-term agreements, managing BOM and supply-chain risks, developing should-cost models, tracking market and capacity trends, establishing supplier performance metrics, and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and NPI from concept through mass production.

Owns the Commercial organization’s program-management rhythm across US and EU teams. Coordinates OKRs, cross-functional workstreams, leadership forums, partner commitments, and regional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Analytics, Logistics, and Customer Success. Supports finance planning, digital systems, supply chain and S&OP coordination, and product launch roadmaps. Builds reporting, documentation, dashboards, and processes that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across a growing commercial organization.

Design and scale secure cloud backend infrastructure for connected electric vehicles, including APIs, databases, event-driven services, IoT telemetry, authentication, integrations, observability, and deployment workflows. Ensure high availability, geographic redundancy, production readiness, and platform security. Mentor engineers, support hiring, partner with external agencies, and influence architectural decisions and engineering culture.

Build ALSO’s operating systems for vehicle production and delivery, integrating manufacturing, supply chain, quality, inventory, transportation, warehouse, and finance data. Develop planning, visibility, supplier, traceability, and fulfillment systems; rapidly prototype and automate processes using coding agents. Define data models and decision logic, validate outputs with tests and evaluations, simplify workflows, and embed with process owners so they can maintain and improve the systems.

Lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects in electric mobility, managing the development of low voltage electronic modules from start to finish.

Lead the development of a cutting-edge navigation experience, integrating with mapping APIs, designing low-latency APIs, and collaborating across teams.
