Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Build cross-functional relationships, run QBRs, monitor customer health, mitigate risks, escalate product feedback, and act as strategic advisor to maximize platform value and ROI.

Lead and scale the RevOps operating system for GTM: define KPIs, build forecasting models, ensure data and systems integrity, diagnose gaps, create dashboards, drive cross-functional alignment, and support predictable revenue growth.
